Spinal decompression therapy uses precise, computerized adjustments to decompress the spine and creates space between the vertebrae. Most treatment sessions last between 15 and 20 minutes. During a treatment session, patients lie on a computerized decompression table. Treatment is very gentle and each movement, while minimal, is extremely precise. Some patients find treatment so relaxing they even fall asleep!
